Case 10-16 Beverly Pikna, 85 Shore Drive, request for variances to allow construction of a safe elevated deck 8’ x 18’ on the east side of the house to replace an existing 4’ x 18’ deck.
Case 10-17 Raymond W. and Donna DelGobbo, 38 Hough Road, request for variances to allow modifications to the front entrance porch in order to improve access and also the removal of existing rear deck and replace with an enclosed porch.
